Making an Impact with Vital Farms

Vital Farms is both a Certified B Corporation and Public Benefit Corporation. Last year, the company published an inaugural sustainability report, outlining ESG actions and a pledge to develop concrete goals and share progress on a regular basis.

This year, Vital Farms delivered on that pledge with their first-ever Impact Report. And while the team had a very clear idea of their goals and progress, they needed an evolved report structure that would integrate short- and medium- term goals seamlessly into their broader ESG story.

It was a pleasure to develop both the structure and copy in collaboration with the Vital Farms Director of Impact, ESG, and it’s a real pleasure to share the report in its entirety with you here.
